'I thought that reluctance was typically Chinese, but you Dutch have that too!'

'I thought that reluctance was typically Chinese, but you Dutch have that too!'

'I thought that reluctance was typically Chinese, but you Dutch have that too!' Yes indeed, we Dutch know reluctance very well. There's a reason why we have the saying 'Don't stick your head above the surface, that's when it goes wrong'.

In response to questions and comments from those around us, Momo Xiong and I thought it would be fun and valuable to organize a session where we could interact with people who are curious about or want to share experiences about working with Asian cultures. Because we want to keep it interactive and intimate, we have a limited number of seats. However, do not feel encumbered to sign up, if needed we will organize a second session.

The session is scheduled for May 12 via Microsoft Teams from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. CET. Participation is free, the setting informal. Our objective is to share experiences and remove assumptions and barriers, "simply" because we are proud and grateful for what we have achieved and learned together.

The program is as follows:
* Opening
* Working arrangements
* Introduction and check-in
* Background outline
* Our experiences and insights
* Critical success factors
* Interaction
* Check-out
* Closing

Do you think it would be fun, interesting or valuable to attend? There are still a few spots left. You can register via info@durfteverbinden.nl
